I got frustrated because the instructions just didn’t make much sense, so I kept stopping, rereading, guessing what I was supposed to do next, then reaching out to support only to get answers that didn’t really clear anything up, and in the end I wasted way too much time trying to figure out basic things that should’ve been explained clearly from the start.

Installed it and was really hoping that would fix the issue. No luck. Car still won’t start after the install. Frustrating.

I ordered over the phone sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and it was easy. The guy I talked to helped me figure out the right part without making it a big hassle. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but overall it was fine

The part did arrive and it seems like it should work for what I need, which I appreciate. That said, I was disappointed when I opened the box because it was dirty and had noticeable scratches on it, so it definitely didn’t feel new or well-handled. Hopefully it still holds up, but the condition it arrived in was a letdown.

I placed an order, but the whole experience just felt off from the start. Customer support didn’t give me much confidence and came across a bit dodgy, which made it hard to trust the company. For me, it’s not worth dealing with a business that leaves you questioning whether things are legit

"Refund process was really frustrating"
The core return was the worst part of the whole experience. I sent it back the way they asked, then just kept waiting and checking to see when my refund would show up. Trying to get a clear answer was frustrating, like nobody really knew what was going on. Maybe they were just backed up or having an off week, but it still ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Still seems to be holding up after a couple years"
I bought an ECU from fs1inc.com a while back for my old Jeep, and I figured I’d wait a bit before saying much about it. Sometimes parts seem fine at first and then start acting up later, so I didn’t want to jump the gun.
It’s been a little over 2 years now, and so far I haven’t had those weird issues come back. The Jeep starts like it should, and I’m not seeing random codes from that same problem anymore. Shipping was maybe a little slower than I would’ve liked, so I’d probably give it 4 stars, but the part itself has been reliable for me.

I ordered the part because the website clearly showed it was in stock, so I don’t think it’s unreasonable that I expected it to ship. Then a little later I was told it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating because I needed it quickly. Customer service did respond, so I’ll give them that, but the stock info should be accurate before people place orders. I basically lost a few days waiting for something I couldn’t get

Ordering was easy, honestly. I didn’t really run into any issues during checkout, which was nice because I was kind of half-thinking about other stuff while doing it. Everything went through fine enough, so no complaints there
"Got mixed signals and no real help"
I called Flagship One because the module they sent me wasn’t working right after I installed it. The tech support guy sounded irritated right away, which already made the whole thing feel off. He kept walking me through the same basic steps I’d already done, and I kept explaining that, but it didn’t really go anywhere. Then they told me they’d check the notes and call me back, but nobody ever did. I ended up having to keep following up myself and still never got a clear answer. It was just frustrating, especially with my car sitting there down the whole time.

"Return process was unnecessarily frustrating"
I ordered a part from fs1inc and ended up needing to return it, and the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be. Getting clear return instructions took forever, replies were slow, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get updates. I’m still waiting for my refund to be fully sorted out. The whole return experience was unnecessarily frustrating and definitely not smooth.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I ordered a programmed ECM from fs1inc i regret not checking reviews before buying. The truck did start, but it ran strange and started throwing codes it had never shown before. My mechanic looked it over and said the programming didn’t seem right for my VIN. Customer service just kept telling me to redo the relearn steps, which didn’t fix anything. In the end, I wasted time and had to pay extra labor. I wouldn’t buy from them again if you need something that works correctly right out of the box

I feel kind of embarrassed because I kept telling people it was going to arrive any day, but the shipping took forever. I waited way longer than I should have, and after that experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

My order from fs1inc showed up in a crushed-up box with almost no padding inside. The part was just rattling around loose, the packaging looked like it had already been used before. I don’t have the patience for stuff like this, especially on a first order. Not a great first impression at all

It did end up working for what I needed, but figuring out the compatibility was more confusing than I expected. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like the details could’ve been a lot clearer before buying. Once I got it sorted out, it was fine, but I had a moment where I wasn’t totally sure I’d ordered the right thing.

I ordered from fs1inc and had a question about my order, but getting a response from customer service was frustrating. I felt like I was just waiting around forever, and when they finally did reply, the answers were short and not super helpful. The product itself was okay, so I can’t say the whole experience was terrible, but dealing with support definitely made it more annoying than it needed to be.
